Kent Swick - Managing Director

Mr Swick is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years experience in civil construction, mining maintenance and surface and underground mineral drilling. He was previously employed by Atlas Copco Australia as a Maintenance Engineer managing underground maintenance, where he developed a strong understanding of underground mining methods and equipment. Mr Swick was the driving technical force behind the design of the Company's innovative underground diamond drill rig and award winning surface reverse circulation drill rig. He graduated from the University of Western Australia holding a Bachelor of Engineering (majoring in Mechanical Engineering). Mr Swick was appointed as a Director of the Company on 24 October 2006.

Vahid Haydari - Chief Executive Officer

Mr Haydari is a Mining Engineer with more than 20 years' experience in Construction, Engineering, Consulting and Mining (open cut and underground). He was previously employed by Atlas Iron Ltd as General Manager of Operations and has worked for Mining Services Companies and Mining Companies as Owner Operator. He graduated from Federation University holding a Bachelor of Mining Engineering (honours) and Bachelor of Management (major in Business Management and Human Resource Management and minor in Marketing). He holds a WA First Class Mine Managers certificate of competency, is an AUSIMM Chartered Professional MAUSIMM(CP) and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland. He is a Graduate of INSEAD (Advanced Management Program) and the Institute of Company Directors and is a Member of the Risk Management Institution of Australasia. Mr Haydari was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Swick Mining Services Ltd on 1st of September 2011 and Chief Executive Officer on 27th of January 2012.

Jitu Bhudia - Chief Financial Officer

Mr Bhudia has been Chief Financial Officer at Swick Mining Services Ltd. since April 8, 2015. Mr Bhudia has over 15 years of finance experience in the resources sector with a majority of that time in the mining services sector, having previously been employed in senior finance and leadership roles in ASX listed and large private mining and mining services companies. Mr Bhudia is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Tony Tamlin - General Manager Operations APAC

Mr Tamlin graduated from the WA School of Mines in 1991 as a Mining Engineer and now has over 25 years of drilling experience. He has held Operational and General Management positions with several drilling companies. His exposure is across both Surface and Underground mining in precious metals and base metals. He is experienced in drill and blast and all types of mineral drilling. In addition he has also managed drill and blast on some world class civil construction projects, such as the Yam O expressway in Hong Kong, Gorgon Island LNG Project and the Westfield Bondi Junction excavation. This diverse level of experience affords an understanding of complex project issues and an ability to deliver solutions in a timely manner to the benefit of both parties. Mr Tamlin joined Swick in December of 2013 as General Manager of Operations responsible for the Australian Operations.

Shannon Harding - General Manager Support Services

Mr Harding has over 15 year' experience in the industry working in a variety of roles across the Mining and Services sector. Specifically he has works in Occupational Health and Safety roles across a broad range of industries, including mining (open cut and underground), oil and gas, construction and agriculture. He was previously employed by Atlas Iron Ltd as OH&S Manager and Alternate Registered Manager. Initially Mr Harding was employed as Group Manager of Safety and Training in 2013 and has since been promoted to General Manager Support Services leading Safety, Training, R&D Project Implementation, Administration and Human Resources.

Will Gove - General Manager, North America

Mr Gove has over 34 years' experience in the mining industry following graduation from Trade College in Moss Vale. N.S.W Australia. Mr Gove has had roles of increasing responsibility over his career. The last 16 years have been in Senior Management roles in large and medium sized mining products and services businesses, with Operational, Business Development and P&L Management responsibility. Mr Gove was appointed to his current role of General Manager for Swick's North American Operations in July 2008.
