Our core safety objective is to achieve an injury free workplace. We are achieving this through a planned, systematic and measurable approach to safety, injury prevention and hazard management, striving for continuous improvement at all levels of our operations
At Swick we have built a culture that promotes a positive attitude to safety, empowering our people to safely manage risk in their working environment.
Our people are our most valuable asset. We recognise that responsible management of health and safety is integral to ensuring our staff return home each day injury free. We value the implementation and measurement of safe work procedures and achieving safe production targets. Our Health and Safety policy and HSE Management System are integral tools that underpin our goal to achieving zero incidents in the work place.
From the top down, safety remains everyone’s responsibility. We have a dedicated professional HSE team driving our safety culture. This team is supported by HSE coordinators at every site to ensure we remain committed to continuous improvement in our safety performance. We provide an open forum for all employees to take a proactive approach to HSE in the workplace.
